1. Information Notice Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”)
As Erdem Kaya (“Sunucu Merkezim”), we value the personal data and privacy of our esteemed customers (hereinafter referred to as “customer”). The personal data obtained in accordance with the principle of respect for privacy and fundamental rights and freedoms are processed by our company under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). Processing includes the recording, storage, retention, alteration, reorganization, disclosure, transfer, acquisition, making available, and classification of personal data as defined in Article 3 of KVKK.
2. Collected Personal Data and Collection Method
To benefit from our services in accordance with the legislation, your name, surname, company name (if any), address, phone numbers, email address, billing information (if any), national ID number, access and traffic information, email correspondences, phone conversations with our call center, and communications and interactions with our social media accounts are recorded and used, as declared in the membership form when registering on our website.
We collect this information to fulfill our legal obligations, execute the sales contract between Sunucu Merkezim and the customer, and for reasons stipulated by law, through your oral, physical, or electronic communication.
3. Recording and Usage Areas of Personal Data
In case any changes or updates occur in the regulations mentioned, requiring a change in the processes related to the processing of personal data of the parties, the relevant party is obliged to complete the necessary updates before the relevant new/current regulation comes into force. Your personal data will be processed by Sunucu Merkezim for the purposes listed below in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:
Providing products or services, planning pre-sales and post-sales processes, planning and executing technical support operation processes, ensuring communication continuity during the execution of infrastructure or technical maintenance, repair, and installation services.
Keeping financial and accounting records.
Improving our service quality.
Obtaining the approval of the person carrying out the transaction in all transactions posing a risk, and verifying identity information.
Providing information when requested by judicial and administrative authorities.
Sending newsletters and notifications for periodic campaign activities if the consent form has been checked.
Creating customer risk analysis and ensuring security audits.
4. To Whom and For What Purposes Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Your personal data is not shared with third parties. Your personal data is transferred to the servers of applications we use to perform certain activities. These are as follows:
Your name, surname, invoice number, amount, payment date, and other details are transferred to PayTR Payment and Electronic Money Institution Inc. for the purposes of payment collection and refunds during credit card transactions. Your credit card information is not stored in our systems, even at your request.
Invoice data is recorded with Paraşüt Software Technologies Inc. and its software due to the receipt of electronic invoice services for sending invoices to the customer by our finance department.
To create a stamp duty declaration and approve invoices, the customer’s name, surname, national ID number, tax office, country, city, tax number, and contract amount may be transferred to our financial consultancy firm.
In addition to all these, personal data may be shared with the General Directorate of Security (EGM), prosecution offices, and courts due to our legal obligations.
5. Rights of the Personal Data Owner Under KVKK No. 6698
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply for the following purposes:
To learn whether personal data is processed or not.
To request information if personal data has been processed.
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose.
To know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad.
To request the correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing.
Requests submitted to Sunucu Merkezim within this scope will be concluded within 30 days at the latest.
