1.1: The email sending limit is 100 per hour. Sunucumerkezim.com may change hourly limits as necessary.
1.2: Backups taken by the customer are stored on the server for 7 days and may be automatically deleted by the system thereafter.
1.3: Packages cannot be used for purposes contrary to the concept of web hosting, such as file sharing, file/data storage, download center, or backup storage.
1.4: Packages cannot be used for bulk/spam email sending. odeaweb.com may impose restrictions on hourly email sending when deemed necessary.
1.5: The customer is responsible for backing up their own data. Our company cannot be held liable for potential data loss.
1.6: The goodwill quota for backups is 5 GB. There is no backup guarantee for data exceeding 5 GB.
1.7: No 100% transfer guarantee can be provided for the free site transfer service.
1.8: Unlimited features are based on fair use. The purpose here is to allow our customers to use their packages within the framework of good intentions without encountering any limits. A CPU limit application exists in the packages based on this principle. The fair usage monthly traffic limit is 50GB. The fair usage disk space limit is 10GB.
1.9: Unless otherwise stated in our packages, the CPU usage limit is 100% of a single processor core. In certain packages, this rate can go up to 400%.
1.10: Unless otherwise stated in our hosting packages, the file count limit (inode limit) is 200,000.
1.11: In all hosting packages, alias domains can only be used for mirroring the existing website. In cases of usage outside website publishing (e.g., for mail), Sunucumerkezim may suspend the relevant services without notice.
1.12: Addon/Alias/Parked domains used in hosting services can be used if registered as domain name services in the user account. In cases of using domain names not owned or registered with a different company, proof of domain name usage rights is the responsibility of the user. Odeaweb may halt the broadcast of these additional domain names or remove them from hosting services when deemed necessary.
1.13: No additional functions can be provided on the shared hosting infrastructure other than those provided by the control panel's PHP functions. Users who wish to install third-party modules on standard applications (WordPress, Opencart, etc.) must review these functions before installing the applications.
1.14: Users receiving services from our shared hosting infrastructure do not have SSH access rights.
1.15: In our shared hosting infrastructures, PHP functions such as exec, escapeshellarg, popen, proc_open are not allowed.
1.16: sunucumerkezim.com may periodically monitor resource usage (CPU, file count/size, MySQL, MSSQL, Traffic, Disk usage, etc.) and request customers to reduce their resource usage. In cases of exceeding package limits or fair usage principles, the system may automatically limit, stop, redirect to a special page, or restrict the service.
1.17: sunucumerkezim.com reserves the right to make IP, server, and infrastructure changes for active packages without notifying the user, based on resource usage or server performance criteria.
1.18: Unless otherwise specified, campaign, promotion, discount, free extra time, etc., benefits are personalized for the company or individual. If it is determined that benefits are used outside the framework of the set rules by creating accounts with different names, emails, or phones, sunucumerkezim may suspend the relevant account and service without notice and request payment for the difference from the user.
1.19: Each account has only one administrator account. If a user opens accounts with different or similar names or information, Sunucu Merkezim may suspend the relevant accounts and services without notice. It may close access to the accounts.
1.20: sunucumerkezim.com reserves the right to terminate the service and refund at any time without providing a reason.
1.21: sunucumerkezim.com reserves the right to make changes to hosting packages and the clauses affecting these packages, as well as to all other elements.
2. Domains Not Allowed for Registration/Transfer
Domains not complying with the following items cannot be registered, transferred, or hosted on our servers. Domains that do not comply with these rules may be deleted without prior notice.
2.1: Domains not complying with the Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through These Publications.
2.2: Commercial bank names (garantisube, ypkrdsube, akbanksube, etc.).
2.3: Credit card/payment point names (kartode, faturaode, etc.).
2.4: Names referencing various online games (Metin2, mt2, etc.).
3. Prohibited Content
The following sites/content are not allowed to be hosted on our servers.
3.1: Content not complying with the Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through These Publications.
3.33: Sites related to Bitcoin or other mining, trading, exchange, commerce
3.34: PayDay Loan sites (Programs related to PayDay loans or loan partnerships)
3.35: Child pornography and other pornography
All content that could potentially harm children and minors, including child pornography, is strictly prohibited. Any website containing child pornography or links will be immediately suspended without notice.
3.36: It is prohibited to run cron jobs in any web hosting or reseller account at intervals shorter than 15 minutes.
Free cPanel Hosting Service Agreement
1.1. The free cPanel hosting service provided by our hosting company is subject to the following resource limitations:
CPU Usage: Maximum 50% (half core)
RAM Usage: Maximum 512 MB
1.2. Continuous CPU Usage: Accounts that use 50% or more of the CPU assigned for one hour continuously or at very close intervals will be suspended without notice. Intermittent high CPU usage can be ignored; rarely high CPU usage is not a problem. However, continuous and disruptive CPU usage is prohibited. To prevent affecting other customers, such accounts will be suspended.
2. Service Suspension and Restriction
2.1. Our hosting company may suspend, restrict, adjust resources, or permanently delete the service without notifying the customer in the following cases:
Exceeding resource usage limits
Posing a risk to other users or server health
Detection of suspicious or harmful activities
3. Backup and Data Loss
3.1. The customer is responsible for backing up the data in their hosting account. Our hosting company does not accept liability for data loss that may occur during suspension, restriction, or deletion of the service. It is highly recommended that the customer regularly backs up their data.
4. Contract Changes
4.1. Our hosting company reserves the right to make changes to the terms of this agreement at any time. Contract changes will be announced on our website, and customers are required to follow the changes.
5. Disclaimer
5.1. Our hosting company accepts no liability for data loss, interruptions, or other adverse situations that may occur within the scope of the free cPanel hosting service.
6. Acceptance and Approval
6.1. Customers who continue to use the free cPanel hosting service are deemed to have accepted these terms.
Policies
1: Our top priority is to provide all our users with seamless and high-standard service. The rules and limits mentioned in the package details are set within this priority. Accordingly, the consumption of disk, traffic, CPU, and other resources is not allowed to reach a level that could negatively affect our main system and the users sharing this system.
2: All our individual and corporate users have the right to use a healthy email service. Like our zero-tolerance policy against spam, all other measures we take are aimed at ensuring the continuity of this service.
3: We recognize that regardless of the service they have, the data of our users can be valuable. However, we cannot know the exact value. We expect our users to inform us if the value of the data is higher than the monthly cost of the hosting service. Therefore, we recommend that our users, even if they have purchased backup services, regularly back up their sites to their computers. We want every user to know that they are 100% responsible for backing up their own data, regardless of the service they receive. In the event of possible data loss, even if additional backup services have not been purchased from us, we would be happy to share these backups with them, provided that we have backups taken against system errors.
4: We would like to state that the packages, resources, and limits of our packages are always monitored based on fair use principles, and all transactions are carried out with this principle in mind.
5: Insulting or behaving rudely to any of our employees will result in the suspension/termination of your account/service(s). In such a case, your membership will be terminated without any refund, and the agreement will be canceled.
